Walk and Talk
Often people find being out in nature very therapeutic, with this is mind I trained in Walk and Talk Therapy to be able to offer this service.
Walk and Talk sessions are 1 hour long and are held along Exmouth Esplanade/Beach.
There are many advantages to Walk and Talk Therapy such as physical movement, fresh air, connection to nature, some people find it less daunting than sitting in a room and are able to process with more ease.
There are also some things that need to be considered before embarking on Walk and Talk Therapy these include an understanding that although you are my focus there may be interruptions, for example people walking by, people acknowledging either of us, the elements.
